Easter

We had a great Easter weekend. The girls got their Easter basket on Saturday. Elizabeth enjoyed the candy more than the toys. Ansley's favorite thing was her Webkinz. Hannah Grace's favorite thing was her nightgown.

We went to the early service on Sunday and then went to Mom and Dad's house to eat. Gigi hid 21 eggs in the backyard. Each egg had a one dollar bill inside. Elizabeth found 5 eggs and the girls both found 8 eggs. They were excited.

As I reflect over Easter I thank you Lord for your sacrifice.......... help me to always remember:

My attitude should be the same as that of Jesus Christ

Who, being in very nature God,

did not consider equality with God something to be grasped,

but made himself nothing

taking the very nature of a servant,

being made in human likeness,

And being found in appearance as a man,

he humbled himself

and became obedient to death -

even death on a cross!

Therefore God exalted him to the highest place

and gave him the name that is above every name,

that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow,

in heaven and on earth and under the earth,

and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord,

to the glory of God the Father.
